Bodegas Maset has produced quality wines & cavas for over two centuries in the DO Penedès region situated between Barcelona & Tarragona. The climate is mild in the winter and hot in the summer, without being extreme. Maset makes its wine in the traditional way; with great care, following a rigorous quality assurance process and leaving each wine to mature in the tranquility of the cellar

Appellation: DO Penedès
Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello
Viniculture: Aged for 24 months in oak casks
Alcohol: 11% vol.
Appearance: Pale straw color with small and abundant bubble
Nose: Light fruit aromas
Palate: In mouth it is soft, fruity & soft.
Bodegas Maset (NU) Cava Brut Reserva
Appellation: DO Penedès
Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello
Viniculture: Aged for 30 months in oak casks
Alcohol: 11% vol.
Appearance: Clear straw color with golden reflexes with persistent bubbles.
Nose: A balanced nose of fruit-bearing aromas
Palate: Marked personality in mouth, it is soft, dry & tasty. Delicate bubbles last through the finish.
Bodegas Maset Gran Roble Tempranillo Reserva
Appellation: DO Penedés
Grapes: 100 % Tempranillo
Viniculture: Tempranillo sourced from two Penedès subzones. Long aging in barrel and bottle.
Alcohol: 14% vol.
Appearance: Bright Picota-cherry in colour with soft orange reflections.
Nose: Intense aromas of red and black fruit (red cherry and dried fig), dill and spices (white pepper) which blend with the roasted aromas of ageing (vanilla and chocolate).
Palate: Soft and sweet, with a long, slightly bitter aftertaste.
Pairings: Red meats, stews, roasted chicken
